Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Loom Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
