Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Madison, WI)

Nova Pike Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Madison. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 764 people based in Madison. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
