Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
