Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Madison, WI)

Silverline Timber Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Madison. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
