Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
