Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Corner Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
