Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
