Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
