Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Ember Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
