Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
