Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jackson, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 352 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
