Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
