Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
