Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Rowan Foods Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
