Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
