Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge River Press Partners is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
