Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Beacon Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
