Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Cobalt Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
