Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Medical Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
