Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Timber Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
