Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 454 people based in Boston. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
