Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Iron Pharma Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
