Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Silverline Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
