Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Cobalt Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Boston. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
