Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
