Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
