Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Press and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
