Senior Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Austin, TX)

Fernwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
