Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rook Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
