Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Bridge Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
