Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Meridian Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
