Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group is a Tucson company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
