Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Tucson, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
