Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Foods Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
