Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

Bright Juniper Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Spokane, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
