Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Medical Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
