Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group Partners is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
