Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Timber Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
