Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Forge Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
