Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Kestrel Press produces print and digital publications in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
