Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Loom Medical is a Seattle company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
