Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Field Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
