Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
