Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Reno, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
