Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Ember Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Reno. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
