Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
