Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
