Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Press Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
