Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
