Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bright Juniper Foods is a Charlotte food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
